My Super Peg: Bianca Gonzalez

Credits to the Owner of the Photo

She is a mirror of being a superwoman. She excelled in everything she does. She was able to balance everything in her life. From a magazine editor to a blogger to a host and a girlfriend to her long time boyfriend and she also have time to travel and take wonderful pictures. I just really love her. She is an epitome of a Miss Independent woman. She is my super peg- the one and only Bianca Gonzales.

Bianca Gonzales is the cover of Women’s Health issue for January. And I cannot help myself but to write about this super girl. She is my inspiration on how to balance life. When I saw her in the cover, I am more inspired to make her my inspiration. She has a very slim body and healthy too. How did she do that? It is really my question. How does her able to do the things she does without compromising the other aspect in her life. Really, I dream of interviewing her, asking her the question that linger on my mind for the longest time. How does she fit everything in her schedule? How to prioritize when all things are priority? What does it feel to travel alone and see different places? How does writing change her life? What does she like most, writing or hosting? Those are the few questions I want to ask about her, how I wish I will be able to talk to her and to be inspired by my super peg. I am even affected by her life and who she is away from her how much more if I can talk to her personally  and listen to what she can say.

Why I like Bianca Gonzales, some people ask me. My answer is always, “ she is living my dream life”. I always dream of travelling to different places and seeing the wonders of the world. Bianca Gonzales is already doing it. She travels places to places and even travelled to Mexico alone! She is very brave. When I saw that she is the endorser of Rexona Women do more campaign, I feel that she fits to the campaign perfectly. It is as if no can be fitter to it than only her.  Bianca Gonzales is also a blogger, editor and host. She is into writing, I read her blog post and column in the news paper and she is superb.  She can do it all. I also like the humility in her. When confronted in issue about Annabel Rama, she acknowledges that she may have fault ask for forgiveness. It is an epitome of a real writer.

I hope that she can read this blogpost and know that I’m her super fan. This may be a very good post but this is from the heart. I will continually be inspired with her life. I am your number one fan Super Bianca! Grab Women’s Health issue with Bianca Gonzales in the cover!

Happiness versus Pay

Hey Gorgeous!

Thank you for reading my blog!

Today, each one of us wants to have a better life, better job or source of income as they say. Some will jump directly if the offer is good. Greener pasture is always the prime reason in getting a job. Many people do not look at the long run but the opportunity handed to them. Instantly, they accept the job offered to them regardless of how hard or easy it is. Then the problem in the workplace intervenes, there are a lot of hard to deal co-workers, benefits are hardly given importance, pressure is up and so on. You want to quit instantly, but the problem is where you can find a job that has bigger pay than what you are receiving right now. Will you exchange your higher pay for your own happiness? Conflicting isn’t it? If you are to choose, what will you do? Will you opt for a high paying job without happiness? Or having a low income job but you are happy?

Low Income Job with Happiness

What’s your passion? They say, if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. There are a lot of people who choose to leave there managerial jobs to become a philanthropist, writer or a farmer. When you ask them what made them choose, they say they are happy. Money is never a consideration. There number one consideration is there self. They want to wake up every morning excited to work which they do not experience in their past job. Sense of excitement is renewed every morning. They don’t work a day in their life because they are too happy and contented with what they are doing regardless of receiving little pay.

High Income without Happiness

But for many people who have no financial stability, many will think it twice. There are bills to pay, groceries to buy and family to support, are just the few reasons one cannot leave there current job even though they aren’t happy with it. There are a lot of “what ifs” if they do. I’ve been hearing from my colleagues why they manage to go on working without happiness, it is the idea of living every payday. They may be a robot working per day but their motivation is the pay. They will have a lot of money in their bank accounts in which they can use in their everyday needs, future necessities and wants. Let’s take for example the salary they have can be use in their travel to de-stress themselves. They can use it as an investment so that if they can no longer take the pressure in the workplace, they will still have source of income.

Very conflicting situation, for you as an individual, how will you weigh your options, what strategy to take? I am sure that many people are also in this situation, I saw it in many of my friends and they are asking for help.  I’m in the midst of seriously thinking about it because I don’t know the answer to it.  It is the reason why I write this blog post, I want to hear your opinions specially if you are trap in this scenario as well. Hope to hear from you.

Let Me Tell You My Stories: What I am Thankful For

Hey there!

Thank you for reading my blog!

It has been a long time ago since I blog. I don’t know what gotten to me. I lost my appetite for writing because of a lot of things I need to consider first. And I cannot really write if I have so many things in mind.  Maybe it is the reason why. I failed in my time management. But things has changed now, I want to update now blog. This is very personal to me, my outlet so that my voice is heard. I can’t let go what makes me super fulfilled. Hmm, there are two things also that made me super inspired too! Two blessings that I never expected I will get.

First is passing the Civil Service Exam. It was an unexpected blessing, last Oct. 6, 2013, I took the exam. I was not expecting to pass. The exam is difficult (in my own opinion).  There are numbers that I was not sure of my answers. I just give it to God. And I was thankful I did. He guides me throughout the exam. I finish the exam exactly with the allotted time. When I was finished, I feel so tired, hungry and floating. I don’t know the verdict. My mind is full of what ifs and all what ifs are answered when the result came out. I pass the exam and it feels so good.

The second blessing I’ve got is winning the Nuffnang Bloggers Contest. It is for the article I’ve made regarding Hardy’s Wine. It made my heart sink. Knowing my fruit of labor is being recognized by other people feels so good. I become so speechless when I read Nuffnang’s email.

Life is full of unexpected blessings. These are the blessings that define us. Give us hope and lead us to what we really want. Let’s continue to expect for unexpected blessings.
