Motivation: Back to Blogging

Credits to the Owner of the Photo

How will you know if you really love something? I have read and heard that question a lot of times. I don’t exactly know the answer to the question until I fell in love. Even though there are times that I want to give up but because of the strong feeling that I have to stay, I did stay. And I am very happy right now. I thought this will only be applied to falling in love but I was wrong, this is also applicable with my passion. Before I have the guts to fall in love with the opposite sex, I already fell in love with writing.

Writing keeps me sane. Writing became the medium for me to release my stress, frustrations and happiness. I remembered, when I was in college, I was frustrated with everything going on. I was having a breakdown. My mother lost my work that time; I have to wait for my land lord to pay me with my tutorial fee. I don’t have any money, I’m losing hope and I’m losing my confidence. It was then that one of my board mates offered me to make her reaction paper for a price. She said, I need cash, I can have it but I have to do something for her too. I was the time that I cling to that passion, my writing skills packed with hope that I can have cash that day because of it. And yes, I did well. After, making the reaction paper of my board mate and feeding my empty stomach, I opened my note book and write in capital letter, “I WILL NEVER LOSE MONEY AGAIN”.

Up to this day, that scenario has inspired me to do well. I am working with a sideline business to keep me afloat. I am afloat, I am busy and so I have lost time to write, it is the down side. Today, I want to rekindle my fire to write. It was the other day that I am reminded about my first love. My officemate which is studying her MBA approached me in face book asking if I can write for her. It is a determinant for her if she will pass or not. I was adamant, but trusted my passion. It may not be blazing that time but I know that it is still me.

I can juggle this three-work, business and blogging. I will incorporate this three in my blog plus my countless experience I can share to inspire others. Once again,

Hello I’m Back, back to life of writing and back to blogging. Watch out for inspiring contents from this blog.

My Very Own Bucket List

Credits to the Owner of the Photo

I’m so impress in women who achieves their goal and continually sets higher standards to be seized. It is not easy to set a goal, more so to achieve it. When we set goals, it means that we will have to give up some aspects in our life to pursue what we really want. It is a long process and the process is not easy to traverse. This is the main reason why I adore those women who have carve a mark and reputation to be a goal oriented/seizer. This post is dedicated of what I read in femalenetwork.com and about Bianca Gonzales. This is my very own bucket list from July to December 2013.

Travel Alone.

Yep, this has been my dream since time immemorial. I really want to travel. Explore the world and see God’s amazing work in my own eyes. I know, I need a lot of resources for me to be able to achieve it. And I will do whatever it takes for me to achieve it. I am inspired of how Bianca Gonzales did it in her own way. If she can do it, why can’t I?

Write my own Novel

This is a long overdue for me. I have a lot of love stories made. None has been published. Not because it was rejected, but because I am afraid to pass it. I fear rejection, everyone does. But if I continue to be afraid, I will not be going anywhere. I will be in the same area. Stranded and gulped in my own misery. And I don’t want it to happen to me. I will move on my comfort zone. Wish me luck.

Be an Entrepreneur.

This is my plan in the last two months, to make use of my available plan to start a little business of my own. I’m still in search of what business I am going to enter. My head says installment of stuff my clients would want to buy. It would be profitable. I want to start it as soon as I can. I would earn and use it my future travels. Sounds fine with me.

Go on a Swimming Escapade.

This would be my bold move if I will be able to accomplice it. I will learn how to swim and have myself a swimsuit along the way. I envy those women who have the courage to flaunt there body in the beach as if no one is watching. I never tried it. I am curious of how does it feel. I want to do it. Because I want to be carefree and to do more.

Build my Confidence.

This is the real test for me. I am ashamed to accept this, but this is the truth. I am not confident of myself. I have a low self-esteem. And I will leave that state of my life. I want to be confident. I will train myself to do more. I will draw inspiration to Bianca Gonzales character. Multi tasking can be done if we really want to pursue the goals and dreams.

I can do it! I will do it! I will be dedicated to complete my bucket list. I will be a goal seizer as well!

What is your very own bucket list?

Until my next blog post.

Have a Nice Day!

Note to Self: Be True to Yourself

Have you ever felt that you don't know yourself anymore: That you already forgot all the values, hopes and faith that you hold on for years. It is such a painful scenario that even how much you try to scream so that the inner person that you know is what you are but cannot escape and and cannot voice out. It is even how much you try to explain your side, it is not worth it because no one is their to listen to your inner cry?

It is very unacceptable but as a person grows, there are life events that will force us to shut down ourselves. It is as if we live in shadows of who we are. We pretend to smile so that no one may notice what's behind the mask that we look directly to the eyes so that they can't read what's in our mind. We become the villain of our own drama. Drowning in the idea of self-pretending. Dire and boring.

"Be true to yourself" is the greatest advice I was able to accept when I was in the stage of my life that I forgot myself. Because of those words, I learn to let go of what I've been holding for quite some time. Learn to shut up when explanation is badly needed. It is learning when to speak at the most tempting moment. It is accepting the scene but never settling to it. Be true to yourself even the people around you might not like what you have become. Just like what Steve Jobs said, " do not let your inner being drown and the outside overcome it. Because it would be the time your start living someone else life.

My Daily Diary: When You are Tired..

I was not able to blog for the longest time. I admit, I am so fed up with everything happening around me. From my family, to moving to a new home to working in my current job. Responsibilities on my shoulder is becoming harder to live up. It is something I am not used to as well as I am not yet ready to have the responsibilities I have. It is an abrupt scenario. I woke up in the morning and suddenly, the change occur at the same time. And I don't have a choice but to live with it because I am left without a choice.

Today, all the responsibilities I have just made me feel so sick and tired. I am tired that it made me want to quit and just leave everything I have right now. I know, what I'm thinking is absurd. I will be left with nothing If I will continue on what I am thinking. I will be loser as well. But, I am thinking as well if I will continue to be on this area, I can't live up the pressure anymore and I will be in big jeopardy. Might as well quit now.

I don't know what I am thinking. I am not even sure if it is right. All I know is I am thinking and praying hard of my next step. To God be the glory.

Note to Self: Count Your Blessings

Have you been in a situation that you feel everything is beyond your control? You feel that the Lord has a grudge on you because you feel you lost everything and he doesn't care. You keep on asking why it has to happen to you among all the people in the world. You pause for a while and think about the situation you are into but felt worst. I am telling you, I've been on that situation. Cried, asked, and blamed God. Who on earth will I blame? But, because of those so called situations, I was able to trust God and learned that above all, do not forget this, " Count Your Blessings".

I was 18 when my father died and just this January I lost my mother. I can't accept it, I'm only 22 with a budding career with so many plans for my mom, Yes, it ended so soon, The irony of life, when your world evolves only to that person and then suddenly death stole her from you. The most painful because you can't see her anymore. She will be completely lost physically. And the only thing you have is the memory you shared with them. Brutal, it is. Because of those turning point in my life. I've learned to count my blessings. I realize I was still blessed to be able to share my moments with them. I have them for a longer period than others. I was loved by them and made them smile while other people was not blessed to have parents. I saw how proud they are of me and how thankful they are because they have me in their life while many people search the world just to find the person that can be proud of them.

At a very young age, I was already sure of what I want to do. They lead me to the right direction and support me all the way. Though, I have lost them, I will always remember how they are very proud of me and wherever they are, I am sure they are smiling because their little "Kring2x" has achieved what they envision to become.

This situation may or may not happen to you. But life is too short to keep on asking and blaming why things happen opposite of what you expected. Count your blessings, they are everywhere. And the most important blessing is, inside of your heart. It never stops beating.

What is your most important blessings?

Note to Self: If You Do Not GO after What You Want, You'll Never Have It

Have you ever felt the feeling of wanting something so badly but never go after it and ended up blaming yourself to misery because you should have fought or tried to get it. the feeling is dire, everything that same questions still lingers on the mind "why did I let it go?". Then there is that little voice from screaming in your head "if you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it". And the next sequence would determine the life that you would take.

All of us, we will come to that point in our life that we need to make decisions. Whether in petty things or life changing, and the decision we would make and its outcome is very crucial. Just like what Robert Frost illustrated in his poem 'The Road not Taken". There are two possible outcome. There will always be choices. If you have the courage and go after what you feel is hard at first but would be easier a long the way. But if you are driven by fear and choose the other road that would make your life simpler at first and full of regrets as time goes by.

If you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it is a reminder that choices and decisions are crucial. And fear is its common denominator. Do not be driven by fear. Instead, by prayer and and petition, lay your burdens to the Lord. Offer your plans to him so that you'll not regret that you never take a leap of faith of going after what you want.

I would love to hear from you!

Note to Self: Being Single is FINE

So it is Valentines Day again. Love is in the air. Lovers are everywhere screaming their love with each other with chocolates, cakes, flowers, balloons and most of all almost every establishment is cheering for this season with so many greetings. February is a time to celebrate couple hood. Oh, oh, this is also the time I feel that I am single and ready to mingle? This month makes me feel so lonely especially when I hear all the love songs in every station playing. Valentines blues again.

It is not that I feel so sad that I came to a point I want to write this article about valentines, it is just to remind myself being single is not at all sad. I want to be reminded that I should not look for that special someone just because many lovers are all around the corner and I feel alone. That would be a superficial reason to get a guy and made him fall in love with me.

Oh, oh, I’m on the third paragraph of this note to self post and I just want to encourage those single women like me to be not affected when Valentines blues enveloped you. It is natural. But, it would not be beneficial for you if you just jump into a relationship just because its valentines. Do not be fed up with valentines, valentines come and go. And the right man for you is just around the corner waiting for you or is searching for you.

Love yourself FIRST!

Note to Self: What does it take to be Strong?

I always love listening to the song Miss Independent by Neyo. It is an anthem in my life and a reminder of what kind of woman I should be. Being strong is always my mantra in life. I always adore strong people; they make impossible things possible, fly higher than the usual, intact with all the problems they face even though inside they are melting and most of all they are the source of strength of the people around them. It is a very hard role to fill in and I want that.

Our family is facing a lot of struggles lately. Financially and physically it is exhausting. All my strength has been used up. The strong façade is slowly going down. My defenses are at stake now. I want to show to all the people that though I am affected by what is happening now. I can still smile and tell the world it will be fine. But it is not always the case anyway. In one way or the other a strong person would lost her strength and needs others to pacify them. The façade will be unveiled and truth shall set free. That is what I have learned for the past day of trying to be strong- at the end of the day; it would me, who is fooling me. I can’t handle all my struggles; I need someone to accompany me in the battle. My strength is still lacking.

On the long road that I traversed, I have realized something. The battle isn’t mine to win. It is for me to learn to trust God. Learn to believe that at the end of the tunnel there will always be light. And that I should not be the one who holds God’s hand. It should be him. I remember foot prints in the sun. It is really true.

Being strong, has many setbacks; many will not ask you how you are, are you fine and are you ok? They assume you don’t need them because you will be fine on your own knowing you are a strong individual. But the truth is, strong people need more encouragement to really show their emotions because they are just hiding their real feelings.

Are you a strong person?

Note to Self: Stop Procrastinating!

Ok, I am accepting it. I have a very big problem and was not able to find a solution to it. It is kinda dragging because I know this for so long but still, I’m not taking in any action. It doesn't affect my work yet, but I am pretty sure it would if I will just let it go still. It frustrates me that Procrastinating still lingers in me. Yes, procrastinating. You know not doing the things you can do today. Then the next day, I’ll just find myself having a lot of things to do because of it. Then I’ll blame myself but still not able to move. It happens all the time.

Promise to Self:

But this day, I’ll say “No to Procrastinating”. I will challenge and motivate myself to do the things I can do today. Even how small or big it is. I would be cautious in procrastinating. I can get over it little by little. I’ll remind myself the negative effects of it. Most of all, I will ask for God’s guidance and leading for me to be able to fulfill it. It is only by God’s grace that I will be able to pull it off.

Verse for the Day:

“I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

God Bless!
