Every girl has
different fancy. We like sky crapper heels, body hugging dress and the latest
make-up trends. Yes, I also love them too. But what sets me apart from that
stuff is the fact that I love Basketball. I am really addicted to NBA. You read
it right. I am into National Basket Association, Philippine Basketball
Association, UAAP and the list goes on. I find the thrill of the game
interesting and exciting!
Basketball is a
widespread sport active as we know it. It involves team work. Every team has
five members starting line up with a shooting guard, point guard, power
forward, small forward and a center. The center is the one jumping, with the
tip off is happening. It signals that the game is about to. It is very basic in
basketball. The required skill are dribbling, rebounding, shooting, passing and
knowing the violations that should not be committed. Points are incurred when
shooting the ball. Points can be one point, two points and the biggest is three
points when it will be shoot from beyond the arc. Those are the basic knowledge
that should be familiarize when watching a basketball game. It would tricky
sometimes but it is an enjoyable to watch.
I began loving this
game when I watched the Miami Heat playing last 2011 when they chased the
Championship but fall short. I was really mesmerized by the moves of the
players specially their Big 3 as they call it. I have followed the team even up
to now. Because of my fancy for this sport, I was also encouraged to watch UAAP
and PBA. I always have a team that I am betting. For PBA, it is the Petron
Blaze Boosters and for the UAAP it is the FEU Tamaraws.
Basketball has become
a vital part of my being. I am always updated with every game that is being
played. When you follow me in twitter, you can see that I follow NBA and PBA
players, fashion bloggers, online shops, actors and actresses and volleyball
players. That’s how wide the scope of me. I tweet when my teams are winning,
and I’m so quite when they are losing-a typical fan reaction.
I love basketball
because of the thrill of the game. It encourages teamwork, communication and
not individual game.
